2026 Baseball Season Updates
**REGISTRATION NOW OPEN**
-Important Dates
1/1- REGISTRATION OPENS FOR ALL LEVELS
1/12- Coaches Clinic Starts
1/18- First Day of Pitching Clinic
1/28- Registration Closing
1/31- Federal Tryouts for Minor, Junior and Senior Levels.
2/22- Junior and Senior Level American/National Tryouts.
2/28- Minor Level American/National Tryouts
3/5- Uniform fittings for Pioneer and Minor Levels
3/13-Dicks Sporting Goods Coupon Weekend
4/4- Opening Day Ceremonies/Games, Pancake Breakfast
4/11- Picture Day
**please note that the Junior and Senior Level American/National Tryouts date has changed from Saturday 2/21 to Sunday 2/22**
-Support a Team or Field:
Calling all Sponsors!! We will need a sponsor for each team set before the beginning of March so we can order uniforms. For field sponsors or Jamboree sponsors the schedule is a bit more flexible. If you are interested in supporting your player's team, please fill out the sponsor form NOW!
SPONSOR FORM
-Federal Tryouts:
Please fill out this form by 8pm on 1/28/2026 if your player intends to try out for a Federal team on 1/31/2026.
Federal tryout times and location will be emailed on 1/29/2026. Your player must be registered in the Timberwolf Youth Baseball program to attend tryouts. These tryouts are not required unless your player wants to play on the most competitive team for their age level.
Junior and Senior American/National tryouts will be 2/22 and Minor American/National tryouts will be 2/28. There is no sign-up form for American/National tryouts, an email will be sent out to all registered players the week prior to their tryouts.
-Pitching Clinic Information:
The cost is $70 total for all 4 dates. Payment in the form of cash or check, will be collected on the first day of the clinic, with checks made out to Matt Unis. There is no prorated price if you are unable to make one of the dates. Catchers can attend the clinic for free if they bring their catching gear.
-Coaches Clinic:
If you are interested in coaching for the 2026 season there is a coach's clinic available to attend. The dates for the clinic are 1/12, 1/26, 2/9 and 2/22. All clinics will start at 6pm at the Backstop Bar and Grill in Canby, OR. If you would like to attend, please email

-Levels of Play Summary
T-Ball: PreK and Kinder
Pioneer- 1st and 2nd Grade
*Minor- 3rd and 4th Grade
*Junior- 5th and 6th Grade
*Senior- 7th and 8th Grade
*Within each Age Division, ball players are divided into three skill levels - Federal, American, and National.
- Federal level is the most competitive level. (tryouts required to play at this level)
-American teams compete at an intermediate level. (tryouts required to play at this level)
-National teams are more developmental in nature. (tryouts recommended but not required)
-T-ball and Pioneer Level do not have tryouts. T-Ball is the only level that offers teammate and coach requests during registration. These requests are taken into consideration while teams are being made but not guaranteed.
-Pioneer Level teams will be formed during a draft with coaches.
